Advanced online course on international and European asylum and migration standards completed

An advanced online course on international and European standards in the area of ​​asylum and migration, developed within the second phase of the "Support to strengthening migration and asylum management in Republic of Serbia" Project will be presented to students and representatives of relevant authorities.

 

On Monday, 11 March, at a promotional event to be organized at the Zira hotel, representatives of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migrations of the Republic of Serbia (CRS), the Asylum Office, the Asylum Commission and the Administrative Court will be acquainted with the course, and on Friday, 15 March, at the Envoy hotel, this online course will be tested by students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.

 

A visual presentation of the course and demonstration of its selected parts on the online platform of the Migration Training Centre will be delivered by Bojana Čučković, Ph.D., co-author of the course and associate professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

 

After getting acquainted with the method of testing and the registration process, participants will be given an opportunity to test their acquired knowledge. Each course participant who accurately answers a certain number of questions from each of the five tests within the given time will qualify for participation in the final test and, depending on the results, will obtain an online certificate of successfully completed course issued by the AIRE Centre and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
